I graduated from Nimitz High School, in South Irving, back in '97, then went on to play Division 1 soccer at UAB. After transferring back to Texas, I received my BS from UTA in '05. I then continued my education at Parker University, where I received my doctorate in Chiropractic in 2010. In 2011, I completed the massage program also at Parker, to become a licensed massage therapist, LMT, which is what I do now. Soft tissue work is an art, a challenge, because everybody is different. I'm creative in the way I go about utilizing multiple techniques on my table during treatment, to help people feel better and achieve results. This is one of my many passions, and this kind of art is what I get to do for a living.
I'm a foodie! I love shoes, I love to shop, and travel. I love being outdoors, have a heart for all animals, but dogs, especially Labradors, are my favorite. The ranching world and everything it involves, is becoming my favorite activity, whenever I get the chance to get out of the city. I am still very competitive, so I work out often and stay fit the best I can. I am learning to play tennis and am enjoying the challenges it entails. I also enjoy cooking, baking, and love to share ideas on staying healthy and overall wellness.
